What do I need to do prior to my setup?
First things we suggest to make setup as efficient as possible is to make sure all possible obstacles are marked or removed. All underground utilities should be clearly marked by calling MissDig at 811. They would rather come to prevent a potential issue than to come back to repair a damaged utility that could disrupt your neighborhood.
Another issue to be aware of what is overhead. Sometimes utility lines run over the are where a tent needs to be setup. These lines are a huge liability for the setup crew and we will not setup under them. The other hazard to our equipment is branches hanging down or sticking out to far. These branches will damage the tent tops as they rub on the vinyl. So these will need to be cut down or trimmed to accommodate the size tent you have ordered. We can not take time for this to be done when we arrive. Please plan ahead, or schedule one of our specialists to survey the area first.
UNDERGROUND SPRINKLERS are always an issue on job sites we arrive on. If you know where the heads or lines are be sure to have them marked prior to set up. Our crew can not take time to wait for customers to find them. B-n-T Tents Inc is not responsible for any damage to underground sprinklers or lines.
If you don't know where they are, we have no way of knowing either.
Please have your lawn care needs taken care of before we arrive to setup. Because of our scheduled appointments will all of our customers, our crew can not take time to wait for your grass to be mowed. If this is an issue, they will move on to the next scheduled customer and you will be charged a re-delivery fee for them to come back when your lawn ready for us.
