When will my equipment be setup or delivered?

The weekends are the busiest times for us and we have multiple stops on each vehicle. 

The week of your event we will contact you to schedule a time for us to setup or deliver your equipment.   We will call you on the phone numbers that we have listed on our files.  If we do not reach you, a message will be left.  If you have not been contacted by Wednesday prior to your event, it would be a good idea to reach out to us.

Our schedule is mapped out by locations.  We load our vehicles with multiple stops.  If we arrive at your location and you are not there at your scheduled time, we will move on to the next stop.  Then to return to your location, you will be charged a re-delivery fee on your order.  We require an adult, 18 years of age or older to sign for the equipment at delivery.

If you have specified delivery or pickup times, we do offer this for a $25.00 fee within an hour of specified times.  We dedicate a truck just for your event to make your experience more convenient.   The details will have to be presented at time of booking your event.
